Job Description

The Warehouse Manager position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of Theresa's Warehouse and Delivery. Duties and responsibilities include managing daily operations (warehousing, delivery, and customer service), and planning the use of materials and warehouse personnel. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Job Duties:

• Manage Warehouse and Delivery department to provide service that meets customer and business demands
• Implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with staff members
• Facilitate store layouts or designs
• Assess daily workload and delegate tasks accordingly
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems

Job Requirements:

• Warehouse Management experience (Pet/Animal Feed & Supply Retail a plus)
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Forklift experience
• Hand truck experience
• Strong communication skills
• High school degree or equivalent
