About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for the Motion NEMA Motors division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth across all product groups in the Southern region, in alignment with corporate objectives. This role involves close collaboration with district office organizations, sales, and business leaders to develop and execute regional sales plans. Key responsibilities include managing sales budgets, ensuring accurate sales forecasts, and executing OEM, channel, industry, and end-user strategies for growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in motors and mechanical products, with a minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience, and possess the strategic vision, sales, presentation, relationship, and negotiation skills necessary for the role. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years experience, an Associate's degree with a minimum of 14 years experience, or a High School diploma with a minimum of 16 years experience. A background in the motors and mechanical product market is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong sales and strategic vision, and experience in SAP, Salesforce, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma is preferred. The position demands a high level of travel and the candidate must have work authorization for the US.
