Job Description :
You will play a key role in increasing our online presence, engaging with potential customers, affiliates, influencers and driving sales through various social media channels. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, developing and shooting contents, reaching out to influencers, and overall bringing brand awareness to online platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Social Media / Content Creation : Strategize, develop and create social media contents with the brand owner. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement. Develop, shoot, schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Sales & Engagement : Assist in the sales process by identifying leads, reaching out & nurturing relationship with affiliates, influencers, and encouraging conversions through social media and email campaign outreach. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from customers, influencers in a timely, professional manner.
  • Reporting & Analytics : Monitor social media performance, track engagement metrics, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and sales growth.
  • Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the CEO to create cohesive digital marketing strategies, contents and achieve company goals.

Requirements :

  • Live within 15 miles radius.
  • Proven experience in social media management and/or digital marketing (preferably with a focus on sales and lead generation).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiar & experienced with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
  • Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content (photos, graphics, and videos).
  • Basic understanding of sales strategies and how social media can contribute to the sales funnel.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in sales, digital marketing, or graphic background is a plus.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Korea, Chinese, French) is a plus.
