• Job Overview:

  We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator and Warehouse Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is crucial for ensuring that our installation crews are fully equipped and ready to deliver high-quality service each day. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, a hands-on approach to warehouse management, and the ability to work independently to support scalable growth within our company.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Installation Coordination:

  • Work closely with vendors to order necessary parts and materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate installation crews to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain and update installation schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and personnel.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm installation dates and times.
  • Collaborate with the service and installation teams to address any scheduling conflicts or changes.

• Warehouse Management:

  • Ensure all parts and materials are received, organized, and ready for daily installation crews.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stocking, tracking, and ordering of parts and materials.
  • Coordinate parts pick-up and delivery to and from job sites as needed.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and operates efficiently.
  • Implement and uphold safety standards in the warehouse and during deliveries.

• General Services:

  • Deliver parts to technicians at work sites and purchase parts from local suppliers.
  • Assist in other warehouse duties as needed, ensuring the team’s success in delivering excellent customer service.

• Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in installation coordination, warehouse management, or a related field.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on helping the company build structure and support scalable growth.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry parts and materials is a plus.
