As a GEOINT Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to XTS mission—coordinating and optimizing the use of geospatial information, managing end-to-end processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Requirements

• You have successfully obtained and maintained an active Top-Secret Clearance, as in-person site visits will be needed for forming and maintaining relationships with employees (i.e., Springfield, VA, St. Louis, MO and Denver, CO)
• Proven experience leading teams of 15 personnels or more
• 10+ years of robust GEOINT experience for facilitation and assisting of Talent Management—providing Talent Acquisition team with bridging any necessary gaps during process of staffing for positions that requires of in-depth knowledge, history and objectives of GEOINT concepts and missions
• 5+ years of versatile leadership experience— durable ability to oversee employee needs, concerns, and career pathways. Daily tasks will include documentation of employee performance, reviewing of accurate timecards and ensuring of billables.
• Strong Federal Contracting Expertise in order to apply your knowledge of contracting vehicles, task orders, and federal processes to guide program execution and drive revenue opportunities and ability to manage competing priorities and apply political savvy to quickly understand the nuances of new contracting activities.
• Ability to be versatile for talent management and adjusting to the dynamic needs of a changing team, including talent rotation and augmentation.
• Strong resiliency in challenging situations, handling items beyond your control with professionalism and tact, embracing the flexibility that come with working for a small business by rolling up your sleeves, wearing multiple hats, and taking ownership of problems until they’re solved.
